摘要
介绍在保证模具质量的前提下,结合软件分析成形零件的结构及工艺,可以将零件成形工序减少到最少,减少对冲压设备和模具数量的需求。经实际生产验证,该模具成形的零件达到使用要求,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率。
In the premise of ensuring the quality of the die, the forming parts structure was analyzed by using the software, and the number of the operation was reduced to least, and demand of the stamping equipment and die was reduced. The actual production verified that the forming parts of the die was met the requirements, the cost of production was reduced, and the efficiency was improved.
