摘要
通过对摩擦发热定时器按钮结构和成型工艺进行分析,介绍了注射模结构的设计、工作原理、模具设计难点以及二次顶出的设计,并阐述了模具工作过程,从分型面设计、浇注系统、成型零件和推出机构等方面分析了模具结构设计要点。经实际生产验证,模具结构设计合理,可供从事注射模设计人员参考。
By analyzing the structure and process characteristic of the timer knob with friction heat, the structure design, worldng principle, the key points of the injection mould design and the secondary ejection design were presented. It illustrated the key points of de- sign such as the parting line, gating system, forming parts and ejection mechanism. The practical production proved that the mould structure was reasonable, which could provide reference for the designer of injection mould.
