Through review the history and application of TCM differentiation of disease and treatment, this thesis will analyze the advantages and existing deficiencies in diagnosis and treatment of various difficult gynecological diseasesand discuss necessity and method of combining TCM and western medicine objectively to differentiate disease and symptom from the aspects of innovation of diseases＇ names, application of physical and chemical inspection, and clinical experiences of well - known doctors. It also expound the dynamic integration of TCM and western medicine on theaspects of differentiation of disease and symptom, inspection, treatment and so on. It offers new thinking and methods for diagnosing the emerging difficult gynecological diseases.
