摘要 为了更好地开发应用高强度维纶,对高强度维纶与普通维纶的有关性能指标进行了测试分析对比,并就其燃烧性能与涤纶做了对比。结果表明:高强度维纶纤维具有断裂强度高、断裂伸长率大、初始模量大、断裂比功大、摩擦因数大、比电阻值高、吸湿性好等性能特点,纺纱时应进行防静电和柔顺处理。认为:必须根据高强度维纶的性能特点,在纺纱过程中采取相应的技术措施;高强度维纶纱线适于织制具有高强度劳动或运动特点的工作服和军警训练服面料。 In order to develop and apply the high intensity vinylon better,the related indexes of high intensity vinylon and normal vinylon were tested, analyzed and compared. Their flammability was compared with polyester. The test results show that breaking strength of high intensity vinylon is higher,breaking elongation is larger,ini- tial modulus is bigger, tensile breaking specific work is larger, friction coefficient is bigger, specific resistance is higher, moisture absorption is better and so on. Treatment of anti-static and softness should be performed during spinning. It is considered that corresponding technology measures should be taken during spinning based on the properties of high intensity vinylon. High intensity vinylon yarns are suitable for labor suit and military training clothes which have the property of high intensity labor or exercise.
