摘要 分析纺织厂细纱车间二次回风系统的使用情况。以西安某纺织厂细纱车间12#空调区的空调自控系统为例,通过理论计算与实际测试对比,分析发现该车间在二次回风使用上存在浪费能耗的问题。根据现有的空调控制流程,结合二次回风开启的条件和意义,提出了关于二次回风使用的改进方案。按照新方案控制二次回风使用,该12#空调区每日可实现节约用电650.16kW·h。认为:科学合理使用二次回风,可在保证车间的温湿度控制目标的前提下,实现节能降耗;二次回风系统能够应对极端条件空气调节,应予以保留。 The use of secondary return air system in spinning workshop of textile mill was analyzed. Taking air-conditioning automation system of 12# air conditioned area in spinning workshop of a Xi'an textile mill as an example, the existing energy waste problem of using secondary return air in the workshop was analyzed and found by comparing theoretic calculation with actual testing. According to the existing air-conditioning control proces- ses, combining with the opening significance and condition of secondary return air, the improvement project about secondary return air was put forward. The 12# air conditioning area can save 650.16 kW h per day by control- ling the use of secondary return air in the new project. It is considered that using secondary return air can save en- ergy and reduce consumption by ensuring the control target of temperature & humidity in workshop. Secondary return air system can cope with air conditioning under the extreme condition and it should be retained.
