摘要
对某阀门不锈钢螺栓的开裂原因进行了分析。通过化学成分分析、金相检查、断口分析等方法,确定螺栓在拉应力和氯离子作用下发生了应力腐蚀开裂。
The cracking cause of a stainless steel bolt in a valve was analyzed. By means of chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination and fracture analysis, the stress corrosion cracking of the bolt was occurred under the action of tensile stress and chloride ion.
