摘要
压力容器分析设计普遍采用基于弹性分析的应力分类法进行评定,但随着工程实践和理论分析的进步,压力容器设计的极限载荷分析法也已得到应用。依据《ASME锅炉及压力容器规范》,运用非线性有限元软件MSC.Marc对某液化石油气储罐进行极限载荷分析,并探讨了该方法在应用中的注意事项。
Pressure vessel analytical design generally use the stress classification method based on elastic analysis to evaluate. But with the progress of engineering practice and theoretical analysis, the limit load analysis method for pressure vessel design has also been applied. According to "ASME boiler and pressure vessel specification" , the limit load analysis of a LPG tank is carried out by using nonlinear finite element software MSC.Marc, and the matters needing attention in the application of this method are discussed.
