摘要
在常压储罐声发射检测结果的时差定位评定中,其C值需根据储罐不同的情况进行确定。根据JB/T 10764—2007《常压金属储罐声发射检测及评价方法》和SY/T 6620—2014《油罐的检验、修理、改建及翻建》,对几台航空燃料储罐底板同时进行了声发射检测和漏磁检测,并对两者的结果进行了比对,从而确定航空燃料储罐底板时差定位评定的C值,可为同类型的储罐底板声发射检测结果评定提供有效的参考。
The C value should be determined according to the different conditions of the storage tank in the TDOA location evaluation of AE test results. According to JB/T 10764--2007 and SY/T 6620--2014, acoustic emission test and magnetic flux leakage test were carried out on the bottom plates of several aviation fuel tanks, and the results were compared. The results were compared to determine the C value of the TDOA location evaluation of the fuel tank bottom plates, which provided an effective reference for the evaluation of the acoustic emission test results of the same type of tank bottom plates.
