摘要
批式循环粮食烘干机通常只有一个烘干段,粮食需要经过干燥、缓苏多次循环才可降到规定水分。在此过程中,粮食不断被输送、提升、抛洒,进一步增加了粮食的破碎率。针对批式循环粮食烘干机每批干燥时间长、效率低的情况,设计了一种具有两个混流烘干段的烘干机,以提高烘干效率,减少循环次数,降低谷物的破碎率。
Batch circulating grain dryer usually has a one-stage drying chamber, the grain is dried and tempered for many times,so that the moisture content could be lowered to the specified value. During drying process, the grain is conveyed to the higher position and sprinkled constantly, which further increasing its damage rate. In view of long drying time and low efficiency of batch circulating grain dryer, a new two-stage mixed folw circulating grain dryer was designed to improve the drying efficiency, reduce the cycle times and lower the damage rate of grain.
