摘要 玉米赤霉烯酮对生物体具有很强的生殖毒性和致畸作用,广泛存在于霉变的玉米、高粱、小麦等谷类作物中,家畜通过采食被污染的饲料会导致中毒,免疫功能受到抑制,生产性能降低,给畜牧业造成很大的经济损失。霉菌毒素的污染不仅给动物带来危害,而且会通过食物链直接或间接传入人体,对人类健康造成了潜在的威胁。综述了玉米赤霉烯酮的理化性质,动物中毒表现和检测防控办法,以期为饲料业和畜牧业工作者提供借鉴,最大可能的降低玉米赤霉烯酮所造成的经济损失,进而降低对人类健康的危害。 Zearalenone has strong reproductive toxicity and teratogenic effect on biological organism,and widely exists in the moldy cereals, such as corn, sorghum and wheat. Livestock can be poisoned through the contaminated feedstu{f, and its immunity can be restrained, the production performance could he reduced, which can cause a lot of economic damage to animal husbandry. Mycotoxin pollution not only has harmful influence on animals, but also directly or indirectly enter the human body through the food chain. It causes a potential threat to human health. We summarized the physical and chemical properties of zearalenone, animal poisoning symptoms and the prevention, so as to provide reference for feedstuff industry and animal husbandry workers,and to mostly reduce economic losses caused by zearalenone, and the harm to human health.
