摘要
为探讨肠炎沙门菌感染对空肠形态学的影响,研究选用济宁百日鸡阴性个体为试验材料,用肠炎沙门菌进行接种,分别在接种后第1、3、7、14、21和35天采取其空肠组织和盲肠内容物,采用石蜡切片和HE染色的方法对感染后7个不同时间点济宁百日鸡的空肠绒毛和隐窝进行组织形态学观察,同时检测7个时间点试验组和对照组盲肠内容物肠炎沙门菌的含量。结果表明:感染后7个时间点,对照组肠绒毛长度增加程度均大于试验组,且在接种后第1天,试验组绒毛长度显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。除感染后第35天外,其余时间点试验组隐窝深度均大于对照组,接种后第3天与第7天,对照组与试验组隐窝深度差异显著(P<0.05)。感染后第1、7、14、21天对照组绒毛长度与隐窝深度的比值(V/C)均显著大于试验组。研究结果初步揭示了肠炎沙门菌感染与鸡营养代谢的相关性。
To study the effect of Salmonella enteritidis (S. enteritidis)infection on jejunum morphology, negative Jining Bairi chickens were inoculated with S. enteritidis. The jejunum and cecal contents were collected at 1, 3, 7, 14, 21 and 35 days after inoculation. With Paraffin sections and HE staining, the morphology and cryptography of jejunum villi in Jining Bairi chickens were observed at different time points. The results showed that the increase of length of jejunum villi in the control group was higher than that in the treated group at 7 time points after inoculation. The length of jejunum villi in the treated group was significantly lower than that of the control group on the first day after inoculation (P〈0.05). The depth of crypt in the treated group was higher than that in the control group except for the 35th day after inoculation and showed the significance on the 3rd and 7th day after inoculation (P〈0.05). The ratio of villus length to depth of crypts (V/C)in the control group was significantly larger than that in the treated group on day 1, 7, 14 and 21 after infection. According to the results, the relationship between S. enteritidis inoculation and metabolism in chicken was disclosed.
