不同饲养方式对南丹瑶鸡血清生化指标及蛋品质的影响

Effects of Different Feeding Methods on Serum Biochemical Indexes and Egg Quality of Nandan Yao Chicken

为研究不同饲养方式对南丹瑶鸡生产性能的影响,试验选择240只健康、个体间无显著差异的16周龄南丹瑶鸡,随机分成3组,分别采用放养、室内平养和笼养三种方式饲养6个月,测定血清生化指标;选取205、210、215日龄南丹瑶鸡所产鸡蛋,测定其蛋品质指标。结果显示:血清生化指标方面,放养组的白蛋白/球蛋白比值显著高于笼养组(P<0.05),谷丙转氨酶含量极显著低于室内平养组(P<0.01),其他血清生化指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。表明放养南丹瑶鸡相对于笼养鸡和平养鸡有着更高的免疫力和更好的肝功能。蛋品质方面,205日龄放养组蛋壳强度显著高于室内平养组和笼养组(P<0.05),210及215日龄放养组蛋壳强度显著强于室内平养组(P<0.05),而在其他各项蛋品质指标饲养方式对其影响均不显著(P>0.05)。表明放养南丹瑶鸡所产鸡蛋蛋壳结构致密性更好。

To study the effect of different feeding methods on production performance of Nandan Yao chicken, 240 16-week-age healthy Nandan Yao chickens without individual difference were selected and divided into 3 groups randomly. The chickens were reared in free range, indoor floor and cage respectively for 6 months. Serum biochemical indexes were determined before the end of the experiment. The eggs laid at 205 days of age and 210 days of age were selected to measure the egg quality. The results showed the follows： According to serum biochemical indexes, the albumin/globulin ratio of free range group was significantly higher than cage group （P〈O.05）; the content of alanine transaminase was significantly lower than indoor floor group （P〈O.01）, and there were no significant differences in the other biochemical indexes among three groups （P〉0.05）. It＇s indicated that Nandan Yao chickens in free range had better immunity and liver function than its counterparts indoor floor and in cage. In terms of egg quality, eggshell strength at 205 days of age in free range group was significantly higher than that of indoor floor and in cage group （P〈0.05）; Eggshell strength at 210 and 215 days of age in free range group was significantly higher than that of indoor floor and in cage group （P〈0.05）; The effect of feeding methods on the other indexes of egg quality were not significant （P〉0.05）, which was suggested that eggshell of Nandan Yao chicken reared in free range was compacter.
