摘要
通过紫外光低温引发和催化过硫酸钾(K_2S_2O_8)分解的方式,以浸轧方式首次对棉上固着活性染料在UV/K_2S_2O_8体系中的光催化剥色进行了研究。借助单因素实验法探讨了浸轧剥色液p H、过硫酸钾用量、织物上轧余率和剥色时间等因素对棉织物上固着活性染料的光催化剥色率和织物强力保留率的影响;同时,采用UV/K_2S_2O_8浸轧剥色体系对棉上部分商品活性染料光催化剥色的应用特性进行了探讨。研究结果表明,采用UV/K_2S_2O_8催化浸轧剥色体系可有效实现棉上固着活性染料的低温剥色处理。
A photocatalitic color stripping of reactive dye fixed on cotton fabric was investigated at the first time in an UV/K2S2O8 system with padding method, through the decomposition of K2S2O8 under the irradiation of UV light acted as the trigger and oxidant at low temperature. The influences of the photocatalitic stripping parameters such as the initial pH value of working solution, the concentration of K2S2O8, the pick-up of working solution and stripping duration, on the color stripping efficiency and tensile strength reservation of cotton fabric were investigated using the single factor experiment method. Furthermore, the application characteristics of the recommended photocatalitic stripping system of UV/K2S2O8 were also explored with commercial reactive dye on cotton substrate. The obtained results show that the fixed reactive dye on cotton fabric is able to efficiently photocatalitically stripped by the developed UV/K2S2O8 system at low temperature.
