摘要制备鸡安卡拉病油乳剂灭活疫苗,多次强化免疫高产蛋鸡,采集高免蛋,制备卵黄抗体,该卵黄抗体的琼扩抗体效价达1:64,0.25、0.5、1.0 m L使用剂量对人工感染I亚群禽腺病毒的治愈率分别达30%、90%和100%。表明制备的安卡拉病卵黄抗体具有良好的治疗效果,可应用于临床安卡拉病的预防与治疗。
