摘要
针对云南某地低品位硅钙质胶磷矿的矿石性质,配以新型的ZQ系列捕收剂,采用常温正反浮选工艺及正浮选后酸浸工艺分别得到精矿P2O5品位30.18%、MgO质量分数0.79%、回收率87.99%和精矿P2O5品位28.42%、MgO质量分数0.67%、回收率64.71%的磷精矿。实现了磷矿物与脉石矿物的有效分离。
In light of the ore properties of refractory siliceous and calcareous collophanite in Yunnan with a new collector ZQ se- ries, the phosphate concentrate with P20s grade of 30. 18%, MgO grade O. 79% and recovery rate 87. 99% was produced in the direct-reverse flotation process and the phosphate concentrate with P205 grade of 28.4%, MgO grade O. 67 and recovery rate 64.71% was obtained in the direct flotation and acid leaching process, making the effective separation of phosphate minerals and gangue minerals.
