摘要
某云母矿主要成分为云母和石英,云母品位达到34.58%,为综合利用该资源,进行了选矿富集及精矿漂白试验研究,应用所开发的浮选—加酸细磨工艺取得了较好的技术指标。浮选精矿云母品位达到98.95%,回收率为86.64%,白度为82.20%。浮选精矿经加酸细磨漂白处理后,铁质量分数由0.83%降低至0.43%,TiO2质量分数由0.47%降低至0.32%,白度提高到98.50%,d90为14.894μm,d50达到4.268μm。
The main composition of mica mineral resources are mica and quartz and the mica content is up to 34.58%. The bene- ficiation enrichment and concentrate bleaching test research wascarried out for comprehensive utilization of the resources. The de- veloped process of flotation mica ore flotatiom magnetic separa- tion; fine grinding bleaching fine grinding with acid addition was applied with good technical indexes obtained. The mica content in the flotation concentrate is up to 98.95% while the recovery rate is 86.64% and the whiteness 82.20%. After the mica flotation concentrate was subject to fine grinding with acid addition and bleaching treatment, the iron content was reduced from 0.83% to 0.43% and the TiO2 content reduced from 0. 47M to 0.32% while the whiteness degree was increased to 98, 50%. The dgo was 14. 894 gm and the d5o was 4. 268 μm.
