摘要
以实验室自制的捕收剂YZ对某地萤石矿进行了磨矿细度、抑制剂种类、浮选pH条件等单因素试验,确定了该萤石矿的粗选最佳试验条件,并与传统萤石捕收剂油酸钠进行了对比,结果表明:在相同精矿品位条件下,捕收剂YZ较油酸钠获得了更高的精矿产率和回收率,并且药剂的消耗量更小,成本更低。后续对浮选工艺进行了进一步优化,在1粗3精闭路试验的条件下,得到了精矿品位95.67%、回收率92.83%的良好浮选指标,具有一定的工业应用前景。
Based on tests of grinding fineness,variety of inhibi- tor, pH flotation condition and other single factorson a fluorite ore using the self-prepared YZ collector in laboratory, the opti- mum test conditions of roughing fluorite was determined and the conventional fluorite sodium oleate collector was compared. Re- sults show that under the condition of the same concentrate grade,YZ has higher concentrate productivity and recovery rate compared with sodium oleate collector with less reagent consump- tion and lower costs. The flotation process was further optimized and in the one-roughing and 3ree-cleaning closed circuit test, the concentrate with good flotation index of grade 95.67% and recov- ery rate 92.83% was obtained,which has a certain industrial ap- plication prospect.
