浮选原理在固体废物处理中的应用

Application of Flotation Principle in Solid Waste Treatment

浮选是一种特殊的三相分离法,是指根据不同物料的表面性质差异,使用某种浮选剂,依靠气泡具有的浮力,从悬浊液中分离出被选的物料。本文在介绍浮选原理、浮选药剂与工艺条件的基础上,对其在粉煤灰炭回收、炼铜炉渣金属回收、废弃塑料分离和牙科废料金属回收等方面的实际应用进行分析。研究表明,在固体废物处理过程中合理应用浮选法,既能减少环境污染,又能回收重要资源,实现资源最大化利用的目标。

Flotation is a special three-phase separation method, is based on the different surface properties of different materials, the use of a flotation agent, relying on the buoyancy of the bubble, from the suspension of the selected material. In this paper, based on the introduction of flotation principle, flotation reagent and process conditions, this paper analyzes the practical application of fly ash recovery, copper scrap recovery, waste plastic separation and dental waste metal recovery. The study shows that the rational application of flotation in the process of solid waste treatment can reduce the environmental pollution and recover the important resources and realize the goal of maximizing the utilization of resources.
