中国水资源利用与水环境保护的若干思考

Some Thoughts on Water Resources Utilization and Water Environment Protection in China

水资源是人类赖以生存的基础保障,人们的生产生活和经济发展都离不开水资源。我国国土面积辽阔,水资源地域分布严重不均,并且整体利用率较低。目前,很多北方城市都面临水资源严重短缺的局面,因此水资源的开发利用和保护必须提上日程。本文分析了我国水资源的利用现状,并针对水资源的破坏和污染状况提出了相应的解决措施。

Water resource is the basis for the protection of human survival, people＇s production and life and economic development are inseparable from water resources. China＇s land area is vast, the geographical distribution of water resources is seriously uneven, and the overall utilization rate is low. At present, many northern cities are facing a serious shortage of water resources situation, so the development and utilization of water resources and protection must be put on the agenda. This paper analyzes the current situation of water resources utilization in China, and puts forward the corresponding measures for the damage and pollution of water resources.
