摘要
近年来,国家愈发重视环境保护工作,对现有燃煤锅炉提效改造和新建燃煤锅炉实现超低排放提出了新要求,并给出了具体排放限值。本文概述了除尘技术、燃煤脱硫技术的分类及发展,并结合最新环保标准的要求,总结出一条经实践检验的超低排放技术线路,以期实现除尘系统和脱硫系统的协同治理。这样一来,每个装置在脱除其目标污染物的同时,协同脱除其他污染物,在实现超低排放目标的同时降低能耗、物耗,有助于真正达到污染物共同去除的目标。
In recent years, the state has paid more attention to the environmental protection work, put forward new requirements for the existing coal-fired boiler and the new low-emission coal-fired boilers, and gives the specific emission limits. This paper summarizes the classification and development of dust removal technology and coal desulphurization technology. Based on the requirements of the latest environmental protection standards, this paper summarizes a proven ultra low emission technology line in order to achieve synergistic control of dust removal system and desulfurization system. In this way, each device in the removal of its target pollutants at the same time, synergistic removal of other pollutants, in achieving ultra-low emission targets while reducing energy consumption, material consumption, help to achieve the common goal of common pollutants.
