摘要
利用徒手切片技术、半薄切片技术、超薄切片技术和透射电镜、扫描电镜等方法研究了姜花油细胞的分布、发育过程及发育过程中细胞超微结构的变化。结果表明:姜花中的油细胞仅分布于花器官,其中唇瓣和退化雄蕊是油细胞的主要分布场所;姜花油细胞的发生发育共经过5个阶段,分别是分生组织阶段、原始细胞阶段、液泡化阶段、细胞质解体阶段、成熟油细胞阶段;电子显微镜观察显示姜花的油细胞发育过程中先后形成初生与次生纤维素壁层,周围的鞘细胞随着油细胞的发育进程,其液泡、细胞质、细胞器等的大小、数量和电子致密度均发生了变化。
The distribution, development and ultrastructural changes of oil cells in Hedychium coronarium Koen were studied by means of hand-sliced technique, semi-thin section technique, ultra- thin section technique and transmission electron microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the oil cells in the ginger flower were distributed only with the floral organs,in which the labial and degenerated stamens were the main distribution sites of the oil cells. The development and development of the oil ceils of ginger flower were carried out in five stages, namely, the meristematic stage,phase, vacuolization stage, cytoplasmic disintegration stage and mature oil cell stage. Electron microscopy showed that the primary cellulosic wall was formed in the process of oil cell development of ginger flower. The surrounding sheath cells developed with the oil cell The size, number and electron density of the processes, their vacuoles, cytoplasm, organelles, etc. had changed.
