摘要 采用磷酸/多聚磷酸混酸溶剂体系对毛涤粘混纺面料中的粘胶纤维进行溶解,讨论了P2O5含量、固含量、温度等参数的变化对粘胶纤维溶解效果的影响。试验发现,P2O5含量越高,溶解粘胶纤维所需时间越长;固含量越高,溶解时间会先缩短,随后又会缓慢延长;温度升高,溶解时间变短。综合考虑,混酸溶剂体系溶解毛涤粘混纺面料中粘胶纤维的最佳工艺为P2O5含量74%,固含量14%,温度25℃。 Using phosphoric acid/poiy phosphate mixed acid solvent system to dissolve the viscose fiber in the waste fabrics of wool/polyester/viscose fiber blends, the effects of P2O5 content, solid content and temperature on the results of viscose fiber dissolution are discussed. The results show that the dis- solution time of viscose fiber is increased with the increasing of the mass fraction of P2O5. With the solid content increasing, the dissolution time is decreased first, and then is increased slowly. And the high- er the temperature is, the shorter the dissolution time is. To have an integrative consideration, the optimal process for the dissolution of viscose fiber in the blended fabric is: P2O5 content 74%, solid content 14%, temperature 25 ℃.
