以甲苯二异氰酸酯TDI为聚氨酯硬链段,聚四氢呋喃二醇PTMG、聚醚三醇ZC330、聚醚二醇N220、端羟基聚硅氧烷PPC和端羟基聚顺丁二烯HTPB为聚氨酯软链段,合成了一组软链段结构不同的水性聚氨酯。通过对样品乳液进行粒径、表面张力、稳定性及胶膜性能的测试,探究了水性聚氨酯软链段结构对其性能的影响。研究结果表明:软单体的亲水性越强,乳液粒径分布越窄且平均粒径越小,但胶膜拒水性相对较差;以疏水性PPC为软单体,胶膜拒水效果明显较好,样品乳液粒径分布较均匀,但分布较宽且平均粒径较大;以疏水性HTPB为软单体,乳液粒径分布不均匀、粒径分布宽且不规则,但胶膜耐水性佳。
A series of waterborne polyurethanes with different soft segment structures are synthesized with toluene diisocyanate(TDI) as a hard segment, and polytetrahydrofuran(PTMG), polyether N220, polyether ZC330, polysiloxane(PPC) and hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene(HTPB) as soft segments. The effects of chemical structures of soft segments on its properties is studied by analyzing the particle size, surface tension, stability and film forming of the waterborne polyurethane emulsion. The results show that a stronger hydrophilicity of the soft monomer results in smaller particle size, narrower size distribution, and poorer water repellency. Using hydrophobic PPC as a soft monomer, the water repellency of the film is significantly enhanced. The particle size distribution of this emulsion is uniform, but the average particle size is large. Using hydrophobic HTPB as a soft monomer, the distribution of the particle size is uneven, wide and irregular, but water repellency is excellent.
