摘要
采用Feton工艺对膜处理(RO)浓水进行高级氧化处理。工程运行结果表明:当进水CODCr≤500 mg/L,总锑≤0.35 mg/L,苯胺类≤5.0 mg/L时,双氧水投加量为1.00‰,亚铁与双氧水投加比例控制在4∶1~5∶1,Feton反应pH值在3.0~3.5,Feton系统出水CODCr≤200 mg/L,总锑≤0.1 mg/L,苯胺类≤0.8 mg/L,达到GB 4287—2012《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》及其修改单中要求的间接排放标准。
Fenton's advanced oxidation process is used in the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater. The operation results of the engineering project show that the quality of wastewater can improve from CODCr≤500 rag/L, total antimony≤0.35 mg/L and anilines≤5.0 mg/L to CODCr≤200 mg/L, total antimony≤0.1 mg/L and anilines≤0.8 mg/L when the condition of treatment is as follows: H2O2 1.00‰, Fe^2+: H2O2=4-5: 1, pH=3.0-3.5. After treatment, the quality of wastewater can meet the demand of discharge standards of water pollutants for dyeing and finishing of textile industry (GB 4287-2012) and indirect emission standards in its modification list.
