摘要
天津周大福金融中心工程塔楼核心筒采用整体顶升平台施工,在顶升平台设计过程中充分考虑项目自身特点、难点和需求,经过详细的数据分析、大量分析对比、大胆创新,实现了多方位灵活多变、多维可调、适应性强、安全性高的顶升平台设计和安全、高效的施工,有效解决了该项目平面和立面多变、限制多、工期紧、安全要求高等难题,在不影响主体施工的情况下完成了平台5次拆改作业,创造了2.5d/层的国内最快核心筒结构纪录。
In the tower core tube construction process of Tianjin CTF Financial Center project,the project uses the integral lifting platform,fully considers the characteristics,difficulties and needs in design process of the integral lifting platform. Through the detailed analysis and a large number of analysis and contrasting bold innovation,the multi-directional flexible and multi-dimensional adjustable high security and high level platform design and safe and efficient construction are achieved. It effectively solves the problems of changeable plan and elevation of the project,many restrictions,tight duration and high safety requirements. Without affecting the construction of the main body to complete the platform 5 times,this project created 2. 5 days/floor construction speed record of the fastest core tube structure in China.
