摘要
针对以支撑箱梁作为承力方式的整体顶升平台使用过程经常出现的偏位和扭转难题,通过采用滑移和调整装置巧妙地实现了重型平台的高空整体滑移,使平台偏位和扭转情况得到调整,确保平台支撑箱梁与结构墙体距离在安全顶升范围内,保证了平台安全顶升及正常使用。该项纠偏纠扭施工技术在天津周大福金融中心项目整体顶升平台中得到应用,实施效果良好。
In order to solve the problem of deflection and torsion in the process using the box beam as the bearing mode of the integral lifting platform,by using the sliding and adjusting device,the high altitude integral slippage of the heavy platform is realized,and the deflection and torsion of the platform are adjusted. This method ensures that the distance between the platform box beam and the structural wall is within the safe lifting range,ensures the safety of the platform and the normal use. The rectifying and twisting construction technology is applied in the integral lifting platform of Tianjin CTF Financial Center project. The application effect is very good.
