摘要
天津周大福金融中心工程基础底板截面尺寸大,底板底部标高复杂,底板钢筋直径大、层数多、排布密集,内插众多复杂钢结构柱脚、墙柱钢筋,对钢筋加工及钢筋支架体系提出了较高要求。针对工程特点,项目通过技术攻关,采用BIM技术、型钢支架支撑体系、钢筋自动加工、高强直螺纹套筒等,确保了基础底板快速、安全、高质量地完成施工内容。
Foundation floor cross-sectional size of Tianjin CTF Financial Center project is large,the bottom elevation of foundation slab is complex,the floor bar diameter is large with multilayer,which are arranged densely,with interpolation of many complex steel column columns,column reinforcement,steel reinforcement and steel stent system which proposed a higher requirement. According to the engineering features,the project completed the construction contents quickly,safely and with high quality through technical research,using BIM technology,steel bracket support system,reinforced automatic processing and high-strength sleeve.
