Public Library Helps to Cross the "Skills Gap" Based on Five Forces Model of Career

信息时代社会发展和变革并行,但社会教育的沿革与社会发展所需的就业技能仍然存在一定差距。本文主要阐述公共图书馆开展技能培训提高信息素养的现状,提出其在缩小"技能鸿沟"过程中面临的主要困境,并着重分析公共图书馆如何通过职业五力模型助力"技能鸿沟"跨越。

Society development and reform happen in information times, however, there is a long gap of employment skill betweensociety reform and society educatiorfs requests. This paper demonstrates current situation of skills training in public libraries. Mean-while, it proposes the difficulties during the improvement of ＂skills gap＂ and analyses how public library fill the ＂skill gap＂ by fiveforces model of career.
