摘要
本文以谢菲尔德大学图书馆为例,从组织与管理、培训内容与形式、培训效果评估等方面剖析英国高校图书馆馆员培训模式及其特色。借鉴英国高校图书馆馆员培训经验,我国高校图书馆应从创建自我更新知识技能的学习型图书馆;创建动态性和系统性的培训课程体系;制定科学合理的培训管理制度等方面逐步完善馆员培训,提升馆员职业能力。
Taking the Library of University of Sheffield as an example, this paper introduces the model and characteristic of librariantraining of British university library from aspects of organization and management, training content and form, and training effect evaluation. Learning from the experience of librarian training in British university library, the Chinese university library should gradu-ally improve the librarian training and improve the librarian's professional ability creating learning library of self-renewal of knowl-edge and skills, creating dynamic and systematic training course system, and establishing scientific and reasonable training manage-ment system.
