摘要
传统的表面活性剂因其"不耐温、不抗盐且界面性能有限"已经不能满足三次采油(EOR)过程的需要。一种基于有机硅氧烷双封端剂双子型(Gemini)表面活性剂能够很好地解决上述问题,日益受到科学家们的重视。该文在前期工作的基础上,较系统地综述了用于合成新型双子型驱油用新材料中间体——有机硅氧烷双封端剂的研究现状与进展。重点介绍了驱油用新材料的重要中间体(活性基团封端剂)的设计、合成及性能,并对活性封端剂在驱油用新材料中的发展趋势进行了展望。
Traditional surfactant has limitation in enhanced oil recovery( EOR) because of its natural thermal instability,high sensitivity to salt contamination and limited interface properties,whereas an organic siloxane double end-capping agent Gemini surfactant( Gemini) can well solve the above problem and has attracted considerable attention. In this paper,we systematically summarize the research status and recent progress of new material intermediates-organic siloxane double end-capping agent for synthesis of Gemini type oil displacement agents. We mainly discuss the design,synthesis and property of important intermediates for synthesis of new oil displacement materials( several reactive end-capping agent). Moreover,we forecast the development tendency of the active end-capping agent in the new oil displacement material at the end of the paper.
