摘要
目的分析优化宣传和招募对本市全血采集工作的影响,为制定科学的全血宣传和招募策略提供参考。方法加大献血宣传投入,大力宣传献血知识,营造良好献血氛围;组建高素质无偿献血招募队伍,提升招募能力;加强志愿者队伍建设,发挥志愿者作用;加强重复献血者和固定献血者保留。结果全血采集从2013年的158 895人次、281 186 U,增加到2015年的174 748人次、305 505 U;传染性指标检测不合格率从2013年的5.69%下降到2015年的3.36%,不同年份传染性指标检测不合格率统计分析差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优化宣传和招募工作,对成都市全血采集有积极作用。
Objective To analyze the influence to whole blood donation by optimization of propaganda and recruitment,and to provide reference for making scientific propaganda and recruitment strategies. Methods Increase propaganda to create a good atmosphere for blood donation. Form high-quality recruitment team to enhance blood donation recruitment.Strengthen volunteer team,and exert the function of volunteers. Strengthen the retention of repeat blood donors and fixed blood donors. Results Blood collection from 158 895 blood donors,281 186 U in 2013,increased to 174 748 blood donors,305505 U in 2015.The detection rate of infectious index declined from 5. 69% in 2013 to 3. 36% in 2015,and the difference was statistically significant in different years（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Optimization of propaganda and recruitment had a positive effect to whole blood collection.
