体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)已成为新生儿和儿童危重呼吸障碍和循环障碍的重要支持手段,由于新生儿和婴幼儿呼吸循环系统、血液系统、凝血功能等方面的生理、病理特点,ECMO实施过程中的输血支持尤为重要。本文结合小儿ECMO特点对其输血支持和管理进行讨论。

Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation（ ECMO） is an important extracorporeal life support technique capable of prolonged cardiac and respiratory support for neonate and infant suffering from critical respiratory and circulatory disorders.Due to special infant physiological and pathological circumstances,blood transfusion during ECMO treatment to maintain total blood volume is rather crucial and requires multidisciplinary co-operation including critical care medicine and cardiology.This article discusses blood transfusion initiate standards and management for newborn and infant receiving ECMO treatment.
