东莞镇属园区是规模与级别介于市级园区和村级园区之间的空间组织,它有效地连接了两类园区,并且与它们构成了开放的、紧密的生产网络。东莞镇属园区贯彻落实了"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"五大发展理念,园区内加工贸易企业升级态势良好,产学研协同发展,绿色发展逐步推进,但同时也面临土地指标紧缺、公共平台缺失、产城融合不够、园区服务水平不高、招商没有统筹、制度不够完善等问题。建议增加土地供应、构建公共平台、推进产城融合、升级园区服务、统筹招商力度、完善政策制度。

So suggest increasing land supply, constructing public platform, impelling the industry-city amalgamation, upgrading the park service, planning the investment attraction as a whole, improving policy system.
