摘要
目的:观察中药熏蒸配合玻璃酸钠滴眼液干预白内障术后干眼症的临床疗效。方法:选取66例白内障术后发生干眼症的患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各33例。对照组采用玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,观察组在对照组用药基础上加用中药熏蒸。观察患者眼表功能的改善情况,包括干眼症状、角膜荧光色素染色(CFS)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、基础泪液分泌量(SIt)4项指标。结果:干预前,2组干眼症评分、CFS评分及BUT、SIt比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,2组干眼症评分及CFS评分均较干预前降低,BUT均较干预前延长,SIt均较干预前增多,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组干眼症评分、CFS评分均低于对照组,BUT长于对照组,SIt多于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:中药熏蒸配合玻璃酸钠滴眼液干预白内障术后干眼症,可有效促进患者眼表功能的恢复。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of herbal fumigation combined with hyaluronic acid sodium eye drops for dry eye after cataract surgery. Methods: Divided 66 patients with dry eye after cataract surgery into the control group and the observation group randomly, 33 cases in each group. Both groups received hyaluronic acid sodium eye drops for treatment, while the observation group additionally received herbal fumigation. Observed the improvement of ocular surface function which includes dry eye symptom, cornea fiuorescein staining(CFS), tear break-up time(BUT) and schirmer r test(Sit) of the patients. Results: Before intervention, no significant difference was found in the comparison of scores of dry eye symptom and CFS, BUT and Sit between two groups(P 〉 0.05). After intervention, scores of dry eye symptom and CFS in both groups were lower than those before intervention, while BUT was longer than that before intervention and Sit was more than that before intervention, differences being significant(P〈 0.01). In the observation group, scores of dry eye symptom and CFS were lower than those in the control group, BUT was longer than that in the control group and Sit was more than that in the control group, differences being significant (P 〈0.01). Conclusion: Intervention of herbal fumigation combined with hyaluronic acid sodium eye drops for dry eye after cataract surgery can effectively promote recovery of ocular surface function of patients.
