摘要
本文旨在对中国对外"人文交流"政策理念与政策实践中的基本特点和认知误区进行梳理,对相关的概念内涵和观念差异进行辨析和讨论,进而就如何有效做到"民心相通"和"夯实国家间关系的社会土壤"提出自己的看法。
This paper is intended to highlight the general features of China's policy ideas and policy practices in"people to people exchange"affairs and some cognitive errors on these ideas and practices.After a series of arguments on the concepts and cognitive differences related to"people to people exchange",this paper discusses how to effectively promote understanding among people in different countries and solidify the social foundation of the relations among countries.
