偏振光成像技术在眼科学中的应用展望 被引量:2

摘要 随着现代眼科学的发展和防盲治盲工程的推进,对眼科疾病的检查方法和技术提出了更高的要求,发展更精准、有效的光学成像技术,是眼科学及光学交叉领域的重要研究问题。偏振光成像近年来在生物医学领域发展迅速并具有独特优势,呈现出越来越广阔的应用前景。本文对偏振光成像技术在眼科学的应用进行综述,重点阐述偏振光成像技术在眼科疾病临床诊疗、基础研究的发展、技术原理、仪器功能和应用优势,并提出讨论了偏振光成像技术结合眼科学现有形态学和功能学检查方法的应用展望。 As the development of ophthalmology and the great achievement of the project of blindness prevention, the higher demands of precise and efficacious ophthalmic examination technique are required, and has been focused as important research field. Polarized light imaging has been developing highly effective and promising in biomedicine imaging application by its specific advantage. The current application of polarized light imaging in ophthalmology, mainly focused on clinical diagnosis and basic science research is reviewed. Meanwhile, the prospect of further development in ophthalmic examination technique combined with polarized light imaging has been discussed.
