摘要 漆酶(Laccase)(EC1.10.3.2)是一种含铜的多酚氧化酶,广泛分布于真菌、细菌、昆虫和高等植物等体内。漆酶能利用分子氧作为电子受体氧化多种类型的酚类及非酚类的化合物,将分子氧还原为水。漆酶因其既可以氧化酚类又可以氧化其它高毒性环境污染物而广泛应用于工业和生物技术方面,是一种新兴的生物修复剂。本文将对漆酶的反应机理、生物化学、潜在的介质及其应用等方面进行叙述。 Laccase(EC1.10.3.2) is a kind of copper containing polyphenol oxidase, which is widely distributed in the fungi, bacteria, insects, and higher plants. Laccase can use molecular oxygen as electron acceptor to oxidize multiple types of phenol and the phenolic compounds, making molecular oxygen reduction into water. Laccase can oxidize phenol and other toxic environment pollutants due to its high oxidation, and it is widely used in the industry and biotechnology field as a new biological repair agent. This paper will focus on the reaction mechanism, biochemistry, potential medium and application of laccase.
