摘要
神经系统疾病具有临床表现复杂多样、诊断困难的特点,磁共振波谱是无创性活体研究机体生理代谢变化的方法,是神经系统疾病临床和科研中必不可少的工具。在神经科临床教学中通过讲解磁共振波谱成像技术,可使学生从生化、解剖、病理、影像、临床多维角度提升对神经系统复杂疾病的直观认识,从而提高临床教学水平。
Neurological diseases have the characteristics of complex clinical manifestations and difficult diagnosis. Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy(MRS) is a noninvasive method for studying the changes in physiological metabolism of the body, and it has become an indispensable tool in the clinical study of neurological diseases. In the clinical teaching of neurology, we can improve the clinical teaching level by understanding the principle of MRS imaging technology, which can make students understand the complex neurological diseases from the multidimensional perspective aspects of biochemistry, anatomy, pathology, image and clinical.
