脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2在缺血性脑血管病患者中的水平及临床意义

摘要 目的:探讨脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)与缺血性脑血管疾病的相关性.方法:选取我院2014年9月~2015年02月收治的65例缺血性脑血管疾病患者为观察组,另选同期接受体检的健康者65例为对照组,两组均检测Lp-PLA2水平,同时对两组血脂水平进行检测,并观察Lp-PLA2与缺血性脑血管病严重程度的相关性.结果:观察组患者Lp-PLA2水平与血脂水平均较对照组高,两组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);Lp-PLA2水平随缺血性脑血管疾病严重程度增加而上升,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),Lp-PLA2与缺血性脑血管疾病严重程度呈正相关性(相关系数为0.758,P〈0.05).结论:Lp-PLA2水平可能与缺血性脑血管疾病严重程度相关,可预测缺血性脑血管疾病风险,也可作为疗效判断的生物学标志物. Objective: To investigate the correlation between hpoprotein associated phospholipase A2 (Lp-PLA2) and ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods: 65 cases of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease treated in our hospital from September 2014 to February 2015 were selected as the observation group, and at the same another 65 healthy persons accepting physical examination in our hospital were selected as the control group. Lp-PLA2 levels were detected in both groups. At the same time, the levels of blood lipid in both groups were detected, and the correlation between Lp-PLA2 and severity ofischemic cerebrovascular disease was observed. Results: The levels of Lp-PLA2 and blood lipid in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05) . The level of Lp-PLA2 increased with the severity ofischemic cerebrovascular disease, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05) . Lp-PLA2 was positively correlated with the severity ofischemic cerebrovascular disease (correlauon coefficient was 0.758, P 〈 0.05) . Conclusion: The level of Lp-PLA2 may be related to the seventy oflschermc cerebrovascular disease, which can predict the risk ofischemic cerebrovascular disease, and can be used as a biological marker of therapeutic efficacy.
