CRP及PA水平 在动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死中的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of CRP and PA levels in patients with atherosclerotic cerebral thrombosis

目的：分析与探讨患者血清C反应蛋白（C-reactive protein,CRP）与前白蛋白（pre-albumin,PA）在动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死中的诊断价值.方法：选取本院自2015年1月到2016年1月因头痛、 头晕、 肢体乏力或麻木、意识模糊入院的动脉粥样硬化患者共121例,影像学结果将所有患者分为脑梗死组与非脑梗死组,计算二个组之间CRP与PA水平之间是否具有差异,采用受试者工作特征（receiver operating characteristic curve,ROC）曲线下面积（Area Under Curve,AUC）计算CRP与PA的截断值.结果：动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死患者CRP水平高于非脑梗死患者,PA水平低于非脑梗死患者.CRP水平高于5.88mg/mL,PA低于2.62g/L时提示动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死.结论：CRP与PA的水平能够提示动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死.

Objective： To investigate and analyze the diagnostic value of serum C reactive protein protein （CRP） and pre-albumin （PA） in the formation of atherosclerotic cerebral infarction. Methods： From January 2015 to January 2016,121 patients with headache, dizziness, limb weakness or numbness and vague consciousness were enrolled in this study. All patients were divided into cerebral infarction group and non cerebral infarction group. The difference of CRP and PA between the two groups were calculated, The cutoffvalues of CRP and PA were calculated using the area under receiver operating characteristic curve. Results： The levels of CRP in patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction were higher than that in patients without cerebral infarction, and the levels of PA were lower than that in patients without cerebral infarction. The level of CRP was higher than 5.88mg/mL and the level of PA was lower than 2.62g/L. Conclusion： The level of CRP and PA may indicate atherosclerotic cerebral infarction.
