回顾性分析解脲脲原体、 沙眼衣原体 与淋病双球菌混合感染情况 被引量:4

摘要 目的:分析1692例男性泌尿道标本性传播疾病(STD)病原体解脲脲原体、 沙眼衣原体和淋病双球菌RNA的检出情况,反映出本地区人群中男性STD的感染率.方法:对来我院泌尿外科就诊的1692例患者以实时荧光核酸恒温扩增检测技术(SAT)对以上三种病原体进行检测.结果:三种病原体检出率分别是:解脲脲原体27.8%,沙眼衣原体13.6%,淋病双球菌35.3%.UU+CT:4.8%,UU+NG:6.02%,CT+NG:3.05%,UU+CT+NG:4.0%.感染人群以20~40岁组的阳性率最高,UU、CT、NG感染的阳性率分别为77.8%,76.5,71.6%.结论:UU、CT、NG是生殖泌尿道感染的主要病原体,且混合感染严重,加强相关人群的STD病原体检测,对STD的防治有重要的意义. Objective: To analyze 1692 cases of male urinary tract specimens of sexually transmitted diseases (STD) pathogens of Ureaplasma urealyticum, Chlamydia trachoma and Gonorrhea diplococcus RNA detection, STD infection rates reflects the crowd. Methods: 1692 cases of patients to the hospital uropoiesis surgical department by real-time fluorescence thermostatic expansion nucleic acid detection technology (SAT) method to test the above three kinds of pathogens. Results: Three pathogen detection rate is respectively: ureaplasma urealyticmn 27.8%, chlanlydia trachomatis 13.6%, gonorrhea diplococcus 35.30/o. UU+CT: 4.8%, UU+NG: 6.02%, CT+NG: 3.05%, UU, CT and NG: 4.0%. Infected people in 20-40 years old group had the highest rate ofUU, CT and NG infection positive rate were 77.8%, 76.5, 71.6%. Gonclusion: UU, CT and NG are the main pathogens,which reproductive urinary tract infection and mixed infection are serious, Strengthen STD pathogen detection about related people,that has an important significance for STD prevention.
