小区配套幼儿园所获政府支持的现状调查与思考——以湖北省武汉市为例

Current Situation of the Support from Government for the Kindergarten in the Residential Area

采用问卷法与访谈法，对湖北省武汉市3个区小区配套幼儿园获得政府支持的现状进行了调查。发现各区政府主要是从政策、资金、人员、基础设施、园所管理等方面对其加以支持的。且支持方式多元。进一步分析发现，各区政府对小区配套幼儿园的支持存在支持力度不均衡、支持方式单一、部门协调乏力、支持有效性不足等问题。研究者据此认为，政府应转变支持理念、细化支持方式、强化部门协调、建立健全督导问责制度，以改善支持质量。

By questionnaire and interview, the authors investigated the current situation of the support from government for the kindergartens for 3 residential areas in Wuhan, which found that governments provide policy support, funding support, personnel support, infrastructure support and management support. But there also exist some problems： unbalanced support, single way of support, lack of coordination between departments and insufficient effective support. The researchers therefore believe that governments need to change their idea of support, specify their support, strengthen coordination between departments, and refine monitoring system.
