摘要
英国政府较关注幼儿园初任教师的专业发展,为此推出了一系列举措:(1)颁布相关法规制度,制定初任教师专业标准。(2)建立初任教师入职培训制度并切实加以落实。(3)建立初任教师“入职与发展档案”。(4)建立职前与职后教师教育机构合作机制。英国促进幼儿园初任教师专业发展方面的经验对我国具有借鉴意义。
The British government pays close attention to newly qualified kindergarten teachers' professional development and therefore, it has developed a series of supporting rules and policies(1 ) Related laws and regulations are promulgated and standards are set for the professional development ofnewly qualified teachers; (2) Training system is established for newly qualified teacher; (3)Profiles for newly qualified teachers'development are created; (4)Mechanism for pre-service and in-service teacher training cooperation is established. British experience ofpromoting newly qualified kindergarten teachers' professiona/development has its significance to China.
