针灸联合优质康复护理对脑中风患者生活能力及精神状况的影响

Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Quality Rehabilitation Nursing on Living Ability and Mental State of Patients with Stroke

目的观察针灸联合优质护理对脑中风患者生活能力及精神状况的影响。方法选取2015年6月—2017年1月收治的脑中风患者86例,随机分为对照组与观察组各43例。对照组给予优质康复护理;观察组在此基础上增加针灸治疗,两组均干预4个月。观察治疗前、治疗后2个月、治疗后4个月两组运动功能评分(Fugl-Meyer Assessment,FMA)、Barthel指数、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institute of Health stroke scale,NIHSS)评分变化及满意度。计量资料组间比较采用t检验,计数资料采用χ~2检验;P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果治疗前,两组各项指标均无统计学差异(均P>0.05),治疗后各项指标均随着治疗时间的延长逐渐优化。治疗4个月后,观察组FMA评分、Barthel指数[(52.71±6.79)、(55.55±5.12)分]均高于对照组[(34.55±7.08)、(44.71±4.53)分](均P<0.05);观察组NIHSS评分[(12.71±3.95)分]低于对照组[(17.57±4.11)分](P<0.05)。观察组满意率(95.35%)高于对照组(81.40%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合优质康复护理有助于改善患者的肢体运动功能、神经功能,提高其生活能力,提升患者满意度。

Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with quality nursing on life ability and mental status of stroke patients. Methods A total of 86 patients with stroke collected from June 2015 to January 2017 were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group（43 cases in each group）.The control group was given high quality rehabilitation care,and the observation group was given acupuncture and moxibustion treatment on the basis of the control group.The two groups were intervened for 4 months. The changes of FMA, Barthel Index, NIHSS and satisfaction degree were observed before 2 months after treatment and 4 months after treatment.Measurement data were compared by t test and enumeration data were compared by χ2 test.P〈0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference of indicators in two groups（all P〈0.05）.After treatment,the indicators are improved gradually with the prolongation of treatment time.After 4 months of treatment, the FMA score and Barthel index of the observation group[（52.71±6.79）,（55.55±5.12）score] were higher than those of the control group [（34.55±7.08）,（44.71±4.53）score]（all P〈0.05）.The NIHSS score of the observation group[（12.71±3.95）score] was lower than that of the control group[（17.57±4.11）score]（P〈0.05）.The satisfaction rate of the observation group（95.35%） was higher than that of the control group（81.40%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with high quality rehabilitation nursing is helpful to improve limb motor function, neurological function, living ability, and patient satisfaction.
