2010—2016年天津市滨海新区水痘疫情流行病学分析

The epidemiological analysis of varicella epidemic in the Binhai New Area of Tianjin from 2010 to 2016

目的了解近年来天津市滨海新区水痘疫情发病情况及流行特征,为制定防治策略提供科学依据。方法对2010—2016年天津市滨海新区水痘疫情进行描述性分析。结果 2010—2016年滨海新区共报告水痘6 632例,年均发病率为38.53/10万,暴发疫情5起。病例主要集中在4—6月和11月—翌年1月,高峰月的病例数占全年的65.33%;男女性别比为1.26:1,发病最多的为5~9岁年龄组(1 780例),占总病例数的26.84%,报告最多的为学生群体(2 726例),占总病例数的41.10%,暴发疫情主要以托幼机构为主。结论将水痘纳入国家法定传染病管理,并将水痘疫苗接种纳入计划免疫程序,提高人群免疫接种率,将有利于水痘疫情的控制与暴发流行。

Objective To understand the epidemic situation and characteristics of varicella in Binhai New Area of Tianjin in recent years,so as to provide scientific basis for formulating prevention and control strategies.Methods Descriptive analysis of varicella epidemic situation in Binhai New Area of Tianjin city from 2010 to 2016 was carried out.Results A total of 6 632 varicella cases were reported during 2010-2016 years,with an average annual incidence of 38.53/100,000 and an outbreak of 5 cases.The cases mainly concentrated from April to June and November to January next year,the number of cases in peak month accounted for 65.33% of the whole year.The sex ratio of male and female was 1.26：1.The highest incidence was 5~9 age group（1 780 cases）,accounting for 26.84% of the total cases.The most reported cases were students（2 726 cases）,accounting for 41.10% of the total cases.The outbreak mainly focued on childcare facilities.Conclusions The administration of varicella into the national legal infectious diseases,and the vaccination of varicella vaccine into the program of immunization program will improve the population immunization rate,which will be conducive to the control of outbreak of varicella epidemic.
