血凝试验检测结果质量的影响因素及改善对策研究

Study on influencing factors and quality improvement measures of hemagglutination test results

目的分析血凝试验检测结果质量的影响因素,并探讨改善质量的对策。方法对2015年2月—2016年2月收治的检验科血凝试验患者的检测结果、病程记录进行回顾性分析,收集影响患者检验结果质量的因素。计数资料比较采用单因素χ2分析,相关因素采用Logistic多因素回归分析。P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果影响血凝试验检测结果质量的因素主要有医护人员操作因素、试验环境因素、试验材料因素以及患者自身因素。结论对血凝试验检测结果质量的影响因素进行分析可以得出相应的质量改善措施,减少测量误差,提高检测结果质量。

Objective To analyze the influencing factors of the quality of hemagglutination test and discuss improvement measures.Methods The results of the blood test collected from February 2015 to February 2016 were analyzed retrospectively.The influencing factors were collected.Count data uses χ2 test,related influencing factors use multiple Logistic regression analysis.P〈0.05 is considered statistically significant.Results Operating methods of medical staff,test environment,test material and patient self factors were the factors influencing the quality of hemagglutination test.Conclusion The analysis of influencing factors on test results is conducive to improve the quality of hemagglutination test,reduce the error of hemagglutination test results and improve the quality of test results.
