摘要
文章对严寒地区高校的防灾规划与设计进行思考,以吉林建筑大学为实例进行校园防灾规划设计,阐述高校校园在城市格局下的防灾体系。
This paper makes a reflection on the planning and design of disaster prevention in colleges and universities in severe cold areas, takes Jilinjianzhu University as an example to carry out campus disaster prevention planning and design, and expounds the disaster prevention system of university campus in urban area.
