商业导向型街区空间形态塑造的理论基础思考

摘要 城市的本质是商业,这在城市定义中可见一斑。随着新城建设和城市更新领域的不断推进,商业导向型城市街区开发成为其中主流。这种街区空间形态塑造过程中,有其特定的开发理念、视角和方法,从而构成街区空间形态塑造的内在机制。文章从上述三方面进行深入剖析,指出商业导向型开发理念遵循资本增值逻辑,开发视角遵循商品消费,形态塑造方法遵循设计与建构。此外,文章批判了商业导向型街区形塑的后果和影响。 Commerce is the nature of city which has been identified in the conception of city. Thus, with the development of new-town construction and urban renewal, commercial urban block has been becoming the mainstream. There are some peculiar ideals, perspectives and methods which embodied in the shaping and reshaping of urban block' s spacial form and therefor constituted the inner mechanism of it. The article analysis above three aspects and pointed out that the urban block' s commercial guided ideals acted up to capital logic, developmental perspectives followed consumption, and method of design and construction were always adopted. In addition, the article criticized the effect and influence of the commercial guided development.
