供给侧改革视角下杭州社区居家养老服务研究

Research of the Home Care Services in Hangzhou Communities From the Perspective of Structure Reform of the Supply Front

基于供给侧改革视角,在分析美国自然形成退休社区养老服务的基础上,以居家养老服务设施为对象,选取杭州市代表性社区实地调研居家养老服务使用情况及满意度,并通过因子分析找出杭州居家养老服务供给存在的问题,为杭州社区家养老服务发展提供决策支持。实证研究显示目前社区居家养老服务及设施供给还是以满足老年人文体娱乐活动和医疗保健服务等基础为主,生活辅助类设施及服务满意度较低,身体健康状况不好的老年人更需要长期照料服务,并对杭州社区居家养老服务的供给侧结构性改革提供政策建议。

Based on the analysis of the development of Naturally Occurring Retirement Community in America. combined with the field surveys and interviews did in Hangzhou, the situation of home care services and facilities were summarized, then the questions of the community home care services are proposed through factor analysis. It is indicated that home care services and facilities focus on meeting the needs of elderly in entertainment activities and health services; the satisfaction of life support facilities is low; and the elderly with poor health need more long-term care services, Some policy and suggestions of the home care services and facilities in Hangzhou communities were put forward from the perspective of structure reform of the supply front.
