摘要
葫芦岛剪力墙结构高层住宅,建筑高度99.9m,高宽比为9.5,高宽比超限。采用平板式筏板基础,基础持力层为中风化砾岩,该层岩石坚硬,极不易破碎,基础埋深不能满足规范要求,对结构稳定性不利。采用SATWE和ETABS两种结构计算软件,对风荷载、中震及大震作用下结构的各参数进行分析。结果表明,在风荷载及中震作用下结构的承载力满足规范要求,保证了上部结构的刚度;在大震作用下,通过在基底增设抗拔锚杆,使结构满足"大震不倒"的要求。最终按地基反力作用的力学平衡方法计算了锚杆的拔力。
A residential project in Huludao is a high-rise residential building with shear-wall structure.The building height is 99.9 m and aspect ratio is 9.5,the aspect ratio runs out of codes.The plate raft foundation is adopted.The foundation bearing layer consists of weathering conglomerate,and the rock is hard,so it is difficult to be broken.The embedded depth of the foundation is impossible to meet the codes requirements,and it is disadvantageous to the structural stability.The structural calculation software SATWE and ETABS were used to analyze the parameters of the structure under wind load,fortification earthquake and the rare earthquake action.The calculation results illustrate that the structure satisfies the requirements of the codes under wind load and fortification earthquake action which ensures the rigidity of the upper structure; and the requirements of "not collapsing under the rare earthquake"is achieved through setting the rock-anchor system in the foundation under the action of rare earthquakes.Finally,mechanical balanced approach is used to calculate the tension force of the rock-anchor.
